To become a member, please fill out the form below. Upon receipt of the completed form, a representative from HITA will contact you to acknowledge your application and discuss membership with you.

Member Dues

HITA members pay annual dues for membership. The annual dues are $100 for CORPORATE MEMBERS and $25 for individual members.

When you apply for HITA membership, please send a check in the appropriate amount to:
